How long do boat wraps last?

We use a vinyl and UV lamination combo rated for 7+ years. There are factors that may shorten or lengthen the life of your wrap such as damages to the boat, how you care for your wrap, and how well your surface was prepped prior to install. Don't hesitate to reach out to us prior to purchasing and installing your wrap so we can help answer any questions you may have.

 What kind of prep do I need to do?

Your boat wrap can be installed over existing paint as long as the paint is not failing, bubbling, lifting, or chipping. All vinyl and decals need to be removed from your boat before installing your wrap. Please see our Information page for specifics and suggestions of prep.

 Will a wrap damage the surface of my boat?

No. Wrapping your boat will not damage the surface with the exception of wrapping over damaged or failing paint. The wrap will protect your boat from damage. Because we us a removable grey adhesive vinyl, it is easy to remove in the future.

Can I install this wrap on a boat that is NOT aluminum?

Yes - please contact us with information on special ordering. There will be different measurements as well as different prep that needs done to apply our wraps to your non aluminum boat - with the exception of fiberglass drift boats.

Will these wraps fit my drift boat?

These wraps will fit your drift boat, but the graphics will fit different once the excess has been trimmed. You will need to measure the sides and find the tallest part and order based on that measurement, just like a sled. See our measurement guide for instruction. if you're concerned about how the design will fit your boat - please contact us prior to ordering.

How thick is the vinyl?

We use a 6 mil thick vinyl and UV lamination combo. We do offer a 12 mil option. Please add the item "Heavy Duty 12 MIL Gloss Lamination" to your order at checkout. 

Can I choose the finish?

We offer a gloss and matte finish for your wrap. We ship our wraps with a gloss finish unless you add the Matte Finish product to your cart prior to ordering. There is no extra charge for choosing a matte finish. 

 How do I care for my wrap

You can wash your wrap with any car wash or vinyl soap. You want to avoid any tools or brushes that can scratch or damage the wrap. You can use a pressure washer as long as you avoid the edges of your wrap.

Can I get a custom design?

Yes.  In most cases, there is no additional fee to  customize the colors in a design. In your cart, there is a custom order notes box. You can put a description of the changes in color here prior to checking out. Further additional customizations to the design can range from $65-250. Contact us regarding design changes (other than changes to the colors) prior to your purchase. 

What happens if I order the wrong size? 

All sales are final, with no cancelation, no return or refund options. Please take care in reviewing our hull style page and measurement guide. 

Can I get just 1 side of my wrap printed?

Yes - if you have already ordered from us, we can do a single side print for you (either port OR starboard) for 50% of the original price. Your "replacement" will include the print only and no additional tools will be sent. Please contact us to get your replacement ordered. 

Where do you ship?

Orders are printed and shipped within 5 business days. We ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location. Your transit time will range from 1 - 5 business days depending on your location.

 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are printed and shipped within 1-5 business days. We ship USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on your location. Your transit time will range from 1-5 business days for the continental USA.
